Since our founding in 1988 by Dell L. Martin, we have been a Central Texas leader in building a diversified investment portfolio.

Dell received a degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 1957. He began a career in engineering and started Texas Hydraulics, Inc. in 1968, and ultimately expanded the business to multiple locations throughout the U.S. In 1988, Dell sold the company to Dover Corporation and refocused his business acumen on real estate. Shortly after, Temple Pro Ventures was formed. In 2005 Derek Martin acquired the company and has expanded its investment footprint throughout Texas and the U.S.
