Martin Investment Group specializes in the leasing and management of commercial and industrial properties.  With over 2,000,000 square feet of facilities privately owned by MIG throughout three states, we have a diverse range of properties that we are proud to offer for lease.  MIG also owns multiple tracts of land in the Central Texas area that are ready to develop and provide build-to-suit opportunities for those companies who wish to have a more tailored fit.  In addition, Martin Investment Group proudly invests its resources into a variety of different developments from small residential duplexes to largescale residential developments boasting over 900 lots sold.
